BOISE, Idaho (KLIX)- Idaho officials have issued a air quality caution for Blaine County because of smoke created by wildfires. According to the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality the air quality in the county is moderate and will last for several days. DEQ says it is acceptable but, some pollutants could pose a moderate health concern for some people that are sensitive to air pollution. All outdoor open burning is not allow by the DEQ at this time. The Pioneer Fire grew during the weekend and continues to advance. It is the largest fire currently burning in the state on the Boise Nation Forest just west of Blaine County.
