If you don't already have a NASCAR favorite to root for Sunday in the Daytona 500, here's an idea for you. Why not give it up for local boy, Brian Scott, from Boise? Brian starts 35th in the Great American Race.

Brian is technically a NASCAR rookie in the Sprint Cup Series this year, although in our part of the country, he is no newbie. He led laps in the 2014 Daytona 500, so that should count for something. Oh, and if you think dealing with the draft at Daytona is easy, take a look at what it looks like from his windshield.

Brian is the first Idaho native to debut in the Daytona 500, so come Sunday, let's show him some love. You can stay up-to-date on the latest happenings on his official Facebook page.
