Buzzed Yoga?

Have you heard of this? There is a new trend in yoga called "Buzzed Yoga". Let me be clear, Twin Falls is not hosting any Buzzed Yoga that we know of.  This new yoga trend seems to be occurring in bigger metro's like Missoula Montana. 

Apparently, Buzzed Yoga is held at local brewery's. The only difference between regular yoga and Buzzed Yoga is a few beers before yoga class. I feel like this is not going to improve my balance or yoga skills but it may make me feel more elegant while doing yoga.

While Twin Falls isn't offering Buzzed Yoga yet there is a free yoga class Saturday & Sunday 10:30 to 11:30 in Twin Falls City Park. Bring a mat or just a blanket. Kids are always welcome to participate or play on the nearby toys.
