If I could have just one wish involving real estate, it would be to someday have a salt water pool. I have no idea what a salt water pool is, but it would sure sound cool to tell someone I have one. That wish can become a reality with this amazing, crazy beautiful Idaho ranch.

In all of Idaho, I don't know that I've ever seen a property that is quite this awesome. And, it's not in Sun Valley either.

On paper - or looking at it on a website, this property doesn't SOUND that extravagant. It's a 3-bed, 3-bath home. BUT, when you look at the pictures and video and all the amenities that come with it, you realize it's a real dreamboat of a house.

It includes a horse barn and training arena, miles of trails, hot springs plus there's even a 1-bed, 1-bath guest house where your friends can stay when you kick them out of your luxurious home.

The physical address is 209 Big Cyn in Whitebird, Idaho. Yes, it's a bit of a drive, but what's a 5-hour commute among friends?

Maybe it's time to friend the listing agent, Laurie Frank, on Facebook so she'll be willing to allow us a walk-through. I doubt my banker is going to be willing to discuss the over $3 million asking price though. Oh well, the salt water pool remains just a dream.
