The Twin Falls Water Department Woes Facebook group is a closed group, so to see all that has been shared you'll need to ask to join. Included in the group are photos of bills and water usage graphs showing huge spikes in water use that residents are saying they didn't use.

Group members say that the water company blames the high usage on leaky faucets and toilets (personally, I might blame my kids who always seem to leave the water on). The group is saying it is either the water company ripping them off or that their water meter is faulty.
