Fireworks Are Now Officially Legal In Twin Falls

The day of noisy pre-celebration is finally here! Fireworks are legal again in Twin Falls for a few weeks.

Fireworks may be set off now through July 5th between 8am and Midnight each day. So, that means you have to stop at some point so your neighbors can sleep. Note - this rule only applies to LEGAL fireworks. If you are planning on shooting off some high flying aerial boomers, those are still illegal. Also remember that even if you don't shoot them off it is against the law to just have illegal fireworks, and could also result in a fine and seizure of the fireworks.
