OROFINO, Idaho (AP) — A 53-year-old Orofino man faces arson charges after police say he set fire to two houses and waited in his car near the scene. No one was injured in the fire, and the dollar amount of damage was not yet available. The Lewiston Tribune reports Douglas Bonaparte appeared before Magistrate Randall Robinson on Friday and bond was set at $75,000.

He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Oct. 29. The houses were fully engulfed in flames on Thursday when deputies arrived.
