NAMPA, Idaho (KTVB)- A Nampa man plead guilty to one count of delivery of a controlled substance after being investigated by Nampa Police. Mark Lee Waller posted an ad on Craigslist, offering to trade or sell marijuana under the categories "for sale and wanted" and "video gaming - by owner".

Waller exchanged drugs with an undercover officer for an XBOX unit and some games. He was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia for his actions. Those charges were dropped as part of a plea negotiation.

Delivery of a controlled substance is punishable with incarceration in state prison for up to five years and fines up to $15,000. During the investigation, many people provided information to police about the posting. Nampa Police always recommend that the public use caution when buying and selling items on the Internet.
