TWIN FALLS, Idaho – Students in grades third through fifth interested in learning about science in a fun and engaging environment may want to visit the Herrett Center for Arts and Science in early April.

The center has planned a Science Camp-in for April 7-8 that will include workshops full of fun activities led by CSI faculty and students.

The evening will conclude with a camp-in in the museum’s Rick Allen Room, where participants will enjoy pizza, watch a movie on the big screen, and sleep in their sleeping bags, according to information from the college.

“All activities will be thoroughly supervised. The students will wake up early for more fun in the morning before being picked up by parents.”

The program begins at 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 7, and children will be picked up at 8 a.m. the following day. Cost is $50 per child, space is limited.

For more information, contact Herrett Center Education Coordinator Laura Browarny at lbrowarny@csi.edu or 732-6664. To sign up or to see more upcoming activities, visit this Herrett Center webpage.
