Ooh La La Boutique in Twin Falls offers teenage girls prom dresses for free

It makes me so sad when businesses close up shop. Christa's Dress Shoppe and Tuxedo has made the announcement that they are closing their doors permanently. The shop will be closing after 16 years so the owner can retire.

The rumor is that the request was made by her manager. Apparently, a comment had been made that the actress was so beautiful, that she could make a potato sack look sexy.

Dresses have many uses - I'm a guy so I don't understand all of them - but I get this.  If you wear a dress then you have no pockets, so you can't store tour cell phone anywhere...unless that cell phone is your dress - see where they are going with this?
