footloose

There are so many movie remakes coming up...actually too many to keep track of! It was just announced that a Point Break remake is in the works. But the remake I am paying attention to is Footloose. So far, I think it looks horrible. While I may be wrong, the new version of the theme song isn't helping my opinion.

Footloose is an iconic movie - the music, the story, and Kevin Bacon! The remake of Footloose comes out October 14th and tells the same story as the 1984 original...just a little more raunchy for today's youth? It also includes a school bus explosion for some reason, I don't remember that in the original...
