March 8, 2011 PHIL COLLINS has talked a lot about retiring from performing recently, mostly because of a neck and spinal cord injury that basically makes it impossible for him to play the drums like he used to, because he can't grip the sticks, and also because the hearing in his left ear is shot.

I still remember our wedding ceremony and reception. We were poor (were...ha) so we had an ice cream bar instead of a big dinner. We did have a live band and they played You Say It Best by Allison Krauss as our first dance song.
