A convicted sex offender has been taken into custody in southeast Idaho after video cameras in an area Fred Meyer store verified he took photos of women in the store's changing room without their knowledge.

Idaho State Police say a scam is targeting people listed on the Sex Offender Registry in Idaho and other states.

Idaho authorities say a scam is targeting registered sex offenders attempting to con money away from them.

While you think about this story, take note that currently there are 186 registered sex offenders in Twin Falls with a ratio of 1 to every 243 residents.

We all want our kids to be safe when Trick or Treating. Sadly, that isn't something that we can guarantee, but we can take precautions. One thing we can do is make sure that our kids are only going to safe houses.
