We recently posted about early signs of construction of a new mini golf course in Twin Falls. We now have details about the attraction, including a projected opening date.

If construction goes as planned, Putters Mini Golf & Hawaiian Shaved Ice will open by Memorial Day of 2017.

Putters Mini Golf & Hawaiian Ice will be an 18 hole, state of the art mini golf course that will feature themes of well-known Magic Valley attractions, including a replica of Shoshone Falls, Balanced Rock, and an "Evel Knievel" jump hole. The course will even require players to putt over a 15 foot replica of the Perrine Bridge.

Putters Mini Golf will be located on Canyon Crest Drive across from Pizza Pie Café in Northwest Twin Falls.

Co-owner Jason Vickery says the idea for building the mini golf course came from the perception of a limited number of choices for family entertainment around Twin Falls.

We really saw a lack of entertainment options for our kids and with the recent growth in the area we feel like this can be a great addition to our community,” Co-owner Jason Vickrey.

Co-owner Mandi Riddle says that Putters will cater to golfers of all ages and one of their goals is to keep prices "affordable."  It will also have a route that is wheelchair accessible.

Putters Mini Golf and Hawaiian Shaved Ice will be open seven days a week and will operate seasonally from 10am-10pm daily.  If construction goes as planned, Putters will open by Memorial Day of 2017.
