Townsquare Media is Seeking a Talk Show Host in Twin Falls [Employment]

Townsquare Media of Twin Falls is seeking a Talk Show Host successor to a retiring market legend.

Here's what we're looking for: Someone who is community minded and loves station appearances, community events and promotions. Someone who is digitally inclined to maintain a daily blog, podcast, and be social media savvy.

This is a great opportunity for either an up-and-comer or a talk veteran who has been displaced or wants to move into a desirable market situation. Programming and Brand Manager Skills are appreciated.

Duties include:

• Produce and deliver a compelling, live, local daily talk show.
• Create and publish digital elements such as opinion blogs, news articles, videos, and audio segments. Post and interact on social media.
• Daily news gathering responsibilities and filling in for morning news anchor as needed.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Producing and hosting a live talk show (heavy phones).
• Gathering news and anchoring a newscast.
• Working in a digital environment with digital automation and digital editors.
• Experience or willing to learn basic video editing.
• Experience hosting station events.
