So many feelings are floating around Twin Falls and all of America - sadness, anger, hatred, confusion, and fear. We live in the greatest country of freedom in the world, so how and why would something like this happen here?

Despite the terror, we have to continue our lives. Yesterday my daughter had her first soccer game of the season and there were hundreds of children at the soccer fields running, playing, and just being kids. They weren't worried about being injured. I am certain that the parents weren't so calm but they were there to help their kids feel safe and normal.

The world is already scary enough. We hear about the wars that are being fought in other countries and thank God every day that we live in the United States - a country where we can live and feel safe. It seems that every few months we have some sort of an eye opening disaster that reminds us that we are not exempt or immune to bad things happening close to home. Recent events include the Aurora Cinema shootings, Sandy Hook Elementary, and now Boston.

Below you can listen to some of the callers who expressed their sadness after the tragedy of Monday. Please listen to them and share your thoughts below and words of peace and love for the victims.
