What Happens When You Leave Soda Cans In Your Car In The Winter

I know I'm guilty of putting my soda in the freezer for a few minutes to get a chilled drink. I've never left it in long enough to explode - in fact I was pretty surprised to hear that they do explode!

Because they do - and they did. I'm not sure if it was just the cold or a combo of the cold and the agitation of being in the back seat of the car...but it is possible and just happened in my car last night!

My wife is pretty bummed because it is her soda (and her mess). I'm bummed because I think it would have been awesome to have video of when they exploded!
