When Is The 2016 Free Fishing Day In Idaho

Fishing is awesome. You get to sit around in the sun either napping or eating snacks and call it a sport! Maybe you don't already know how great fishing is. This is your chance to find out for free. 

Each year the Idaho Fish and Game has a day for free fishing across the state. So whether you love to fish or want to find out if you love to fish you can do it without a license. That day this year is June 11th.

As an added bonus on that day the Fish and Game will have a trailer with fishing supplies at the Hagerman Oster 1 pond. You can just show up and use their equipment from 8am to noon.
