LEWISTON, Idaho (AP) — A 39-northern Idaho woman accused of a drunk driving crash that killed her 5-year-old daughter has pleaded not guilty to felony vehicular manslaughter. The Lewiston Tribune reports that Bianca G. Sekayouma of Lapwai made the plea Wednesday in 2nd District Court. Authorities say that Sekayouma was intoxicated on April 5 when her 2006 Jeep Commander hit a power pole on U.S. Highway 95 north of Culdesac.

All three occupants were ejected, killing Maya Martinez. A 7-year-old daughter survived. Police say none of the occupants wore seatbelts, and that Sekayouma had a blood alcohol content of 0.102, above the legal limit of 0.08. A jury trial is scheduled to start Jan 12.
