I got bamboozled last week at the grocery store because I wasn't paying attention. I bought a bunch of yogurt to have at work and ended up with about half that were non fat! How do people eat that Non Fat stuff? It's like a grainy version of the good stuff. So you know - the Low Fat is amazing...the Non Fat is Non Amazing.

This yogurt shopping has been a learning experience for me since the last time I went most of them were the fruit in the bottom kind (which I am far to lazy for) so this time I was very careful to get the mixed kind...now I know to check for the non fat, lo fat, fruit in the bottom, and blended...oh, and Greek. Am I missing anything for the next time I go?
