Young Man Arrested after Kimberly Police Find Him with Under Age Girl

HANSEN, Id. ( KMVT/KSVT ) Police in Kimberly say they arrested a 20 year old while patrolling in Hansen.

According to court records, police approached a suspicious vehicle with two people in the back seat with “not a lot of clothes on.” When an officer approached the vehicle they found a male who was later identified as Andrew Breland.

Inside the car, was a 15 year old female partially undressed. Later police discovered text messages on the female’s cell phone to Breland that were sexual in nature. Breland has been charged with lewd conduct with a minor.
