5 Most Dangerous Neighborhoods in Twin Falls
Neighborhood Scout researched neighborhoods and factored in things like reports of crimes and the types of violent crimes relative to population and came up with this list of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Twin Falls.
I've always considered Twin Falls and all of Southern Idaho a very safe place to live. And if you ask anyone who's moved here from say, California, they'll tell you our crime challenges are miniscule compared to larger metros.
Numbers can only tell you so much. Check these out and be sure to comment and let us know if you agree with these results.
#5 Washington St. South / South Park Ave W
For as long as I've lived here, the south side of Twin has always seemed to get a bad rap. There are some nice new neighborhoods that have developed here over the last several years.
#4 Falls Avenue East to Blue Lakes North
This is the area of Twin to the east of Blue lakes between Falls and Addison. It includes what many us know at the "Robin Hood" streets.
There's a lot of industry back in this area but there are a few homes and some bars. Maybe that has something to do with it. And there are a lot of people buried in this area... y'know, with the cemetery and all.
#2 Washington Street / North College Road
These areas to the north and south of the College of Southern Idaho, including the bulk of the president streets have been listed as the 2nd most dangerous neighborhoods in Twin Falls.
#1 Downtown Twin Falls
Downtown Twin Falls is considered the most dangerous in Twin Falls, including many of the numbered streets, Main Street and the Twin Falls City Park.
