CASTLEFORD, Idaho (KLIX)- Castleford students and the Twin Falls County Sheriff were on a mission this week to stamp out bullying. The Twin Falls County Sheriff’s office announced that the Castleford School District marked this week as “Anti-Bully Week.”

The school partnered with the sheriff’s office to communicate, educate , and reduce bullying at school. The sheriff’s office says the message was simply “Bullying is not acceptable.”

All this week the school hosted assemblies on the impact and consequences of bullying as well as discussions in classrooms. Students also had the chance to enter a poster contest on bullying. A walk from the school to Jane’s Park will round out the week against bullying.
