There are areas in town marked as school zones that are in effect all year long. There are others that have flashing lights to indicate when school zone speeds are in effect. Parts of Twin Falls that have been dark are beginning to get flashy.
There are a lot of schools around the Magic Valley and a variety of start dates for the school year. But, by the end of August, everyone will be back in class.
There is an event currently taking place that will be going on over the next week to help these teachers, and it will take the Magic Valley's help to succeed.
The event is a fun way to celebrate public education in Twin Falls. Members of the community are invited whether they are in the school district or not.
