This is one of those things you should never have to explain, but I'll say it anyway. If you see a gray wolf in Idaho, don't try to feed it. This is why.

Male wolves can get up to 6 feet in length and almost 3 feet tall. Oh, and they're relentless if they decide you'd make a good dinner.

According to the description on YouTube, this encounter happened in British Columbia, Canada back in September. It shows a rather large gray wolf chasing a family in their car.

There's no reason given about why, but commenters are alleging that the people that recorded the video must have fed it. Breaking news: that is a very bad idea. I have no clue if this family did that or not, but it would explain why the wolf seemed determined to keep up with the vehicle.

We have plenty of wolves in Idaho and you shouldn't feed them either. The Idaho Fish and Game website reveals the reason why. Male wolves can get up to 6 feet in length and almost 3 feet tall. Oh, and they're relentless if they decide you'd make a good dinner. So, don't feed them.

Idaho common sense 101. You are welcome.
