Did The TF City Council Violate The Code?

Tonight the Twin Falls City Council will be meeting an hour later than the usual 5 p.m. starting time.  Apparently, the way it is now, the 5 p.m. starting time contradicts current city code.  So to be legal and official, the meeting will begin tonight at 6 o’clock.  The council is then expected to amend the code to allow it to start at 5 p.m.  The meeting place will remain the same: 305 Third Ave. East.
