Glory Hole Spillway at Lake Berryessa Looks Sort of Like a Toilet Flushing

Idaho isn't the only state experiencing outrageously high water levels.

Recent rainfall in California has Lake Berryessa topping off well over three feet above the Famous Glory Hole Spillway.
