SODA SPRINGS, Idaho (KLIX) An earthquake rattled eastern Idaho and shook the ground in Utah and Wyoming. The United States Geological Survey reports the 4.3 magnitude quake happened at around 8:30 p.m. Thursday evening. The quake rippled as far away as Salt Lake City and may have even been felt just east of the Twin Falls area, according to USGS data maps. The center of the quake is located about ten miles southeast of Soda Springs, a town of about 3,000 people. An earthquake and aftershocks rocked the same area in September of last year.
