We already know that we are going to gain weight this Christmas (and most of us are well on our way). But, if you want to lose that holiday weight - get ready to run...a lot...in 2014! A study found that women will have to run for over 5 hours to burn off the calories from just the Christmas meal (and chances are you are going to have more than one of those meals) and men will have to run about 4 hours and 25 minutes to burn the calories - which is really unfair for women!

The good news is that if you have been doing any shopping - running around the stores can actually count as exercise and burns calories.
