Is Snooze Button Addiction a Thing?
I've found myself setting up my alarm so that I can snooze in a bit. Apparently you can get a little addicted to that euphoric feeling of hitting the snooze and going back to sleep, despite the fact that it disrupts the total amount of good sleep you're able to get.
