Man in Idaho Arrested for Selling Child Porn Online

Certain things are wrong in this world and that you don't do. Many know not to steal, to murder, and to not break certain laws. Another common rule is when it comes to doing things, as an adult, you don't involve children. This can be true for many scenarios, especially regarding inappropriate behavior or visuals. One man in Idaho recently was arrested, after admitting to selling child pornography online. This is one of those rules you don't break as an adult.

Idaho Man Admits to Selling Child Pornography

In a disturbing trend lately, another man was recently arrested for processing and distributing child pornography in Eastern Idaho. Kadar Gregory Criddle of Rexburg is a 24-year-old man who was arrested last week on four counts of knowingly distributing child sexually exploitative material. The images being sold had children ranging in age from nine to 14. Not only did he confess to selling the pornography, but he also admitted to having multiple conversations with children within this age range.

Sadly, this is not the first time something like this has happened recently, and alarmingly the number has been high over the last year in the area. This is the 42nd case of someone selling child pornography in Eastern Idaho alone since January of 2024. It is disturbing to think that these many people are selling it in one area of the Gem State, making it alarming and eyebrow-raising how many people are selling it state-wide, as well as the fact that there is a market for this type of stuff is also concerning. Criddle's bond was posted at $100,000 and has a preliminary court date set for February 19. If found guilty, he could face up to 120 years in prison.
