Number One Movie in America Takes Place in the Gem State

It has been a while since Hollywood has had a great movie or something to be excited about. Yes, they continue to put out million-dollar box office movies, but when was the last time America was excited for something new and original? The last movie to come out that everyone was buzzing about was likely 'Avengers: Endgame' which came out in 2019, a whole 6 years ago. Since then, nothing has created a buzz in movie theaters. That is until this last weekend when a movie hit theaters that many are talking about and could be the beginning of a new franchise. Not only is America's number one movie entertaining, but it also takes place in the great state of Idaho.

'A Minecraft Movie' is a Great movie.

Americas has a new number one movie, and to nobody's surprise that movie is 'A Minecraft Movie.' The movie has been anticipated since it was first announced, and with a cast of Jack Black and Jason Momoa, expectations were high. It has not disappointed as reviews are mostly positive and Hollywood may have its next big franchise. Even for those who have never played the game or know nothing about it, the movie is easy to follow, entertaining, funny, and well-paced. For Minecraft lovers, there is much to enjoy and many hidden Easter eggs. It is perfect for all ages as children and adults seem to enjoy it. While most will talk about the movie taking place in the Minecraft world, for those in Idaho there is another reason to be excited.

Not all of the movie happens in the Minecraft world, as there are scenes in the real world as well. The town that these scenes take place in is fictional, but for residents in the Gem State, it is exciting to see Idaho represented on the big screen, especially in a movie as big as this one. The movie takes place in a town called Chuglass, Idaho, and while there are a few remarks about nothing to do in the state and town, overall Idaho is represented well.

Idaho is not often mentioned in movies, so when it happens it is nice to see as well as makes residents prideful to see their state represented on the silver screen. If you haven't seen 'A Minecraft Movie' yet, get out and see it at your nearest theater, as it is worth watching and is sure to entertain you and your family.
