KETCHUM, Idaho (KLIX)-A 37-year-old Ketchum man was killed Sunday when a jack failed and an SUV fell on him while working underneath.

The Blaine County Sheriff's Office said in a statement Jhon Miguel Lopez-Macha was taken to St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center were he was pronounced dead the afternoon of Nov. 10. Lopez-Macha had been working underneath a 1993 Ford Explorer by himself at around 4:41 p.m. when family went to speak with him and he didn't respond.

Officers with the sheriff's Ketchum Police Division responded to the Andorra Village in Ketchum, where they found Lopez-Macha.
