Mini-Cassia Man Jailed after Threatening Another with Gun
RUPERT, Idaho (AP) — A Mini-Cassia man who police say brandished a pistol in Rupert has been charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The Times-News reports that court documents say Jose Arteaga-Ruiz drove slowly back and forth on South Forth Street on New Year's Day in a green Honda. Witnesses say Arteaga-Ruiz stopped and pulled an item from his trunk.
