New Movie Releases: ‘Immortals,’ ‘J. Edgar’ and ‘Jack and Jill’

Fantasy aficionados, history buffs and those who enjoy slapstick comedy will find plenty to keep themselves occupied at the movies this weekend.

In ‘Immortals,’ a warrior named Theseus must lead the fight against the ruthless King Hyperion and his evil army for the fate of mankind.

Leonardo DiCaprio’s ‘J. Edgar‘ chronicles the life of J. Edgar Hoover, the controversial former Federal Bureau of Investigation chief.

And ‘Jack and Jill‘ stars Adam Sandler as a family man who dreads the annual Thanksgiving visit from his twin sister, whom Sandler also plays.
