Plane Crash Kills Man
MOUNTAIN HOME, Idaho (AP) – The Elmore County Sheriff’s office says a 65-year-old Caldwell man has died after his single-engine aircraft crashed in southwestern Idaho. Deputy Garrett Kinnan says Gary Martin Stoller died Saturday after his 1969 Piper Cherokee went down for unknown reasons on House Mountain in Elmore County. Authorities say the crash was reported at 9:45 p.m. Emergency workers including the Elmore County Search and Rescue and Air Saint Lukes responded. But Kinnan says Stoller died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
