Are Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Married?

Twi-hards consumed with the real-life romance between ‘Twilight’ stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart probably swooned in unison on Friday when Pattinson revealed the couple may already be married.

“The wedding scene [in the movie is] funny because we used a real priest. So technically we are already married because he did all the things you would do in a normal ceremony… So we don’t have a civil union in law, but I guess in the church we are actually married,” Pattinson, 25, joked during a press conference promoting the upcoming ‘Twilight’ film in Stockholm, Sweden.

While many have suspected the notoriously private pair were a couple for some time now, Stewart, 21, only recently — and somewhat accidentally — confirmed the relationship during an interview with British GQ, saying, “So much of my life is so easily googled. I mean, it’s like, come on guys, it’s so obvious!”

Whether it’s the apparently legit marriage between them or bottled up sexual desire, Pattinson and Stewart acted out their honeymoon scenes a little too well in the upcoming ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1.’

“We [originally] got rated R,” Stewart told Glamor magazine. “They re-cut it.” Be sure to check out this so-called “re-cut” scene in theaters on November 18.
