A memorial service was held Monday morning at City Park in remembrance of the people who lost their lives or loved ones on that infamous morning 16 years ago, Sept. 11, 2001.

A memorial service will be held today at the Twin Falls City Band Shell to mark the 16th Anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the United States. The service will begin at 9 a.m. and will last roughly an hour.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — As state officials prepare to honor the fifteenth anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, a small part will include sprucing up the yellow ribbons around the Idaho Capitol.

Sometimes you can commemorate an anniversary with a special sale, but when it comes to the anniversary of an attack on our country where thousands of people lost their lives it's best to proceed with caution.
