The city of Jerome has appointed a new fire chief after accepting the resignation of Tom Hughes.

Summer is almost over, and it has been a busy few months for the local firefighters! Now they want your help as they do their annual Fill The Boot for MDA. On Friday August 7th from 10am to 6pm make sure you stop by (or drive by) the Addison/Locust intersection with your spare change and dollars.

Make sure you stop by,  and make a detour if you need to, and come by the Locust/Addison intersection on Friday! Twin Falls Firefighters will be @ the corner of Addison and Locust from 10a-6p on Friday, Aug. 26th collecting donations for MDA.

The Jerome Firefighters are inviting the citizens of the Magic Valley to the Jerome Fire Station located on 110 West Yakima to help show support for the 9-11 Patch Project. They will be hosting a free pancake breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. on March 26th, 2011...
