Having a serious conversation with your husband can be tricky. Not only do you need to find a moment when your children aren't taking notes, but you have to make sure your husband has decompressed from work enough to actually hear what you are saying. As with most situations, food can help. Serve your husband dinner, then sit down beside him to have that serious conversation.

I tried this out today on the radio - and thank goodness this is not how I permanently hear things and talk! The Speech Jammer makes it nearly impossible to speak normally.

Today was eventful from the get go! Endeavor launched on its final space exploration adventure, Nate Bird had 2 Mt. Dew before 10am, Chris Callaway fell asleep with the microphone on, and Drew dished the goods in the afternoon.

Yesterday, my 16 year old car decided it was a little too early and cold to start on the first few attempts - so I found myself trying to coax my car into starting.  We didn't have a conversation, all I said was "C'mon! Start!" and it did.  Its nice to know my car listens better than my kids :)
