After a lengthy hiatus, Daryl Hall's award-winning series 'Live From Daryl's House' is back with a new run of episodes -- and Hall's first guest is none other than ZZ Top guitarist and singer Billy Gibbons.

The guys in ZZ Top have spent much of the last 45 years on the road, and 2014 will be no different.

ZZ Top guitarist Billy Gibbons will be making a rare solo club appearance later this month. The guitar maverick has a date set at the B.B. King Blues Club in New York City on Dec. 17.

When Will Lee, David Letterman's bass player and an in-demand session musician, started cutting tracks for his new solo album, 'Love, Gratitude and Other Distractions,' he had plenty of famous names to lean on for special guest assistance -- including ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, who lent his guitar and vocals to a cover of 'Get Out of My Life Woman.'
