Buffering... What is it ? According to the wikipedia definition it's " In computer science, a data buffer is a region of a physical memory storage used to temporarily store data while it is being moved from one place to another. Typically, the data is stored in a buffer as it is retrieved from an input device or just before it is sent to an output device"

According to you and me it's the worst thing that can happen while we're watching a movie, downloading important files or listening to KISS-FM online. Now we know why we buffer more often than not in Idaho. It turns out that Idaho has the 4th slowest internet speed in the country. The only states that are slower are Alaska, Montana and Maine. The solution here is to run a speed test and verify what you're getting. You may just need to upgrade your service or you might not be getting what you're paying for.
