You May Not Be An Astronaut But Your Ashes Could End Up In Space
At first I thought this was super weird. But in reality it is awesome! People often scatter the ashes of their loved ones in the ocean, forest, or some other place dear to them. So why not have outer space be an option? Well, now it is.
You can now have your ashes scattered from the edge of outer space. A company called Mesoloft is offering the service, where they dump your remains from 20 miles up, using a weather balloon. And it only costs $2,800.
So are you interested or does that bother you that those ashes will eventually find their way back to earth.
