What a great weekend! We had a wonderful Mother's Day and Mother Nature blessed us with great weather. We celebrated with a trip to see the Shoshone Falls and some outdoor adventure at Dierkes Lake. We weren't the only ones! When we got down to the lake, the parking lot was full and there were more people there than I have ever seen. I had no idea that Dierkes is the place to be when the weather gets hot.

Today is the opening day for the market and will run Saturdays through October 26th on North College Road across from the CSI Expo Center from 9am to 2pm.

This study by Ladies First turned my world upside down! I don't cook at home a lot. Maybe two or three nights a week and almost every week one of those meals is spaghetti. Not just because it is yummy but it is also pretty easy. Turns out that I am not unique of a man as I thought I was when it comes to cooking.
