Yesterday was a big day at my house - we finally took down our Christmas lights. I figured it was time since it was warm enough (I hate taking them down in the winter) and my son Titus asked why they were still up, so I figured if he was noticing than it was past time! We have two vacuums in our house (not counting the dogs) and both have lately been sucking at sucking. One is old that we got for our wedding 10 years ago and the other is a pretty new Kirby. What a great weekend! We had a wonderful Mother's Day and Mother Nature blessed us with great weather. We celebrated with a trip to see the Shoshone Falls and some outdoor adventure at Dierkes Lake. We weren't the only ones! When we got down to the lake, the parking lot was full and there were more people there than I have ever seen. I had no idea that Dierkes is the place to be when the weather gets hot.
