UPDATE 8/3/2015 - Paradise has been adopted! Visit the shelter for more adoptable cats and dogs. Paradise is a sweet 9 year old kitty who loves taking naps (as shown in the picture above). She does well with other cats but would love to be the queen of the castle with nobody bothering her.

Bubba Gump is the biggest sweetheart and the smartest dog at the shelter right now! He's also very rambunctious with a lot of energy, but he's having private lessons with the dog trainer here and learning how to be a good dog. With a good loving home and a stable environment where boundaries are set Bubba will be an amazing companion...

Bike is a 2-year-old pit-bull/mastiff blend. He's the sweetest guy and very good with female dogs. He's not a big fan of male dogs or cats, but he does well with them. He's a big loving dog who is looking for an awesome home to make his own!

Hi, my name is 'Bluto' and I am a very special boy with talents of my own! I really enjoy long walks, playing in the yard with my dog friends and have quite a knack for climbing, but don't hold that against me! I would love to go to an active home who is ready to have an awesome buddy to take on all their summer adventures!

"Carousel" is a 2-3 year old domestic long haired tortoiseshell cat.  She is a very laid back and sweet girl who is always up for giving affection.  She came into the shelter with an injured leg and had to have it amputated.  She is doing very well being a 3 legged cat but is looking for a home where she can live inside.

Judge is a friendly, energetic, 1-2 yr old male yellow lab who is eager to please and will benefit greatly from obedience training. He is good with dogs, cats and is all ready for adventures.

'Black Bear' is a three year old Lab/Shepherd cross (not actually a bear). He has been at the shelter for over a month, but he's an amazing dog with a great personality. He is compatible with and thrives in nearly all situations with other dogs, cats, and kids.

'Miss Pedigrew' has been at the Animal Shelter for a few months and really needs a loving home! She's a great, independent cat, who prefers no young children, and affection on her terms.

'Dilbert' is a 5-6 year old male American Bulldog/Shar-Pei blend.  He is a very friendly and sweet dog who loves to be with people!  He is good with other dogs and has an easy going personality.  He knows how to sit and shake and will eagerly do so for a treat.

Stuie is a 6 month old neutered male Heeler mix with an outgoing personality who is always ready to play.  He is great with other dogs and would love a playful canine companion in his new home.  He is an active boy but is very smart and will be easy to train.
