How To Prepare For a Water Crisis

This morning, the City Of Twin Falls declared a state of emergency and asked citizens to conserve water by not showering or watering lawns. Power was restored to the pumps that supply the water to Twin Falls this morning around 10am. While our emergency situation was short lived - what should you do in a situation like this or worse? Having food storage and a water supply is something everyone should have prior to an emergency. So if you don't have any sort of food and water reserves or a plan...maybe today you should put that on your to-do list.
