Snow and freezing temperatures are expected across Southern Idaho tonight.

Most of us love this time of year. It isn’t too hot outside and the pollination hasn’t begun to destroy our health every time we step outside.

We have been pretty lucky so far this winter - since we don't live in the North East and haven't had to deal with a Polar Vortex! We haven't had sub-zero temperatures or even very many days of frosted windows. So how cold is it really in America?

Yesterday my kids school bus was about 10 minutes late and my wife told me that as she sat in the van with our kids that there were a bunch of kids standing on the corner freezing. One of the boys was even in just shorts and sneakers! You'll remember that yesterday it was around -2 in the morning.
