Robin Gibb, co-founder and one third of the Bee Gees, has died Sunday at 62 years old after a long battle with cancer.

In news that could only be described as “miraculous,” it’s possible that Robin Gibb could be released from the hospital next week. The Daily Mirror quoted a family friend who says that his condition is improving every day, and is now sitting up and talking after having regained consciousness from a week-long coma on April 21.

With all the bad news this week surrounding the deaths of Dick Clark and Levon Helm, we may have some good news. According to reports coming out of England, Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees, whose health had taken a turn for the worse in recent weeks, has come out of the coma he lapsed into last week.
