Living where we do, with all the options for outdoor activities, we risk being lost or injured in many different ways. Granted none of us plans on getting hurt while hiking or playing - it does happen, and when it does the local Quick Response Units come to the rescue. The 6th annual QRU Fundraiser Event is this Sunday in Twin Falls.

Hopefully you never have to call on the QRU, but if you are injured or lost outside the city limits - they are the ones who respond to your call. So you'll want them prepared as best as possible. Most of them pay for their own gear and training which can cost over $1,000 per person! You can help them out while having fun in the sun.

The fundraiser includes a motorcycle run, car show, family activities, BBQ, music, and raffles! You can get the whole list of activities and time at the QRU website.
